Main Text
More than 80% of Canada's population are covered by preventive health services, of which "well-baby clinics" are a part. The philosophy of preventive medicine gained general acceptance in many parts of Canada during the 1920's. The past 3 decades has witnessed the spread of its practical application both in the larger cities and out into rural areas.
