Amid the quiet charm of Cape Breton Island's picturesque Margaree Valley, old-timer Ernest Hart is kept busy, despite his 75 years, turning out carefully wrought ladder-back chairs for which he and his family for generations back have been famous. Above, he uses his favourite trotting horse for pickups and deliveries in the nearby town of Margaree.
