Glaucoma, a disease which causes an increase of fluid pressure within the eye, is the major single cause of blindness. Today, in clinics at Quebec, Montreal and Toronto, specialists are attacking the problems of diagnosis and treatment of this disease._x000B__x000B_Caught early, treatment may be nothing more than drops in the eyes at assist drainage, while later stages may require surgery.
