Content on this Site that belongs to LAC instead of the NGC has been differentiated in credit lines accompanying individual images. The Content on the Site may also be the subject of other intellectual property rights held by third parties and have further restrictions as to their use. The NGC and LAC expressly forbid the copying of any protected Content on the Site, except for fair dealing, as defined by the Canadian Copyright Act.
